Free Delivery For ALL UK Orders
100% Satisfaction Guarantee - If Your Order Doesn't Fit Exchange It For Free!
It’s also free to exchange the item for a credit note, simply follow the instructions above stating you would rather a credit note and we will again cover the cost of return postage.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange your item for a different garment but it is possible to exchange it for a credit note and then purchase a new garment with your credit.
You can also return your item for a full refund, if you wish, but you will have to cover the cost of return postage in this instance, for details please see Returns below.
Delivery Information
Delivery is FREE for ALL orders in the UK.
Goods are made to order and will usually be dispatched within 5 working days, you will be contacted by email once your order has been placed to confirm when you can expect to receive your items. Should you require your items quicker than this please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your requirements, though there may be an additional charge.
Charges will apply for International delivery, please see below.
All items are sent by parcel post and the delivery costs are:
- Europe ( outsideUK ) £9.99
- Rest of the World ( ROW ) £15.99
Ordering Online
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
Once you have finished shopping and entered your delivery details into the check-out you will be transferred to HSBC’s secure servers to input your credit card details, we do not have access to, or keep this information. This online system is 100% secure.
Your right to cancel
The Distance Selling Directive gives you the right to change your mind and cancel this order within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). If you decide to cancel the order once you have received the goods then you can do so by emailing returns@egfashions, quoting your order number and returning the item within the seven days.
You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and ensure that they are returned to us in pristine condition and may be sold as new. You will need to cover the cost of returning the item(s).
Returns / Refund Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy so if you are not happy with your goods for ANY reason simply inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods and you may return them to us, you only have to cover the cost of return post. We will then give you a full refund but please note the items must be unused and in their original wrapping.
We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 working days of the customer’s receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
Payments made by credit or debit card will be refunded promptly on receipt of returned items.
You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and ensure that they are returned to us promptly. You will need to cover the cost of returning the item(s).
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
